Business Development Executive

A Cloud Sales Consultant is a technology-savvy professional who acts as a trusted advisor, helping businesses leverage cloud computing solutions to achieve their goals. This role combines sales expertise with a strong understanding of cloud technologies and their business benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships:
Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their business needs and IT challenges. - Consult and solve problems:
Identify areas where cloud solutions can provide value, such as cost savings, scalability, increased agility, and improved security. - Craft solutions:
Tailor cloud solutions & offerings to address client needs and recommend the most suitable options. - Deliver presentations:
Present cloud solutions effectively, demonstrating their benefits through demos and case studies. - Negotiate and close deals:
Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring alignment with client budgets and achieving sales targets. - Manage accounts:
Manage assigned accounts, fostering long-term relationships and driving repeat business. - Stay informed:
Continuously update knowledge of cloud technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Target-driven and results-oriented.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of specific cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with cloud security best practices.
- Project management skills.
- Understanding of IT budgeting and procurement processes.
