Greetings,

We are looking for a Marketing Manager for our School - Ravindra Bharathi Global School -Locations at : Chromepet , Padappai, Guduvanchery.

Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing & Branding

  • Develop and execute the school's annual marketing plan.
  • Create promotional materials such as brochures, banners, and social media content.
  • Manage and update the school's website and social media pages.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and communications.

2. Admissions & Enrolment

  • Support the admissions team with campaigns and strategies to increase enrolments.
  • Conduct school tours, open houses, and orientation events for prospective parents.
  • Maintain communication with potential families through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Collect and analyze admission data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

3. Public Relations & Communication

  • Build and maintain relationships with parents, alumni, local media, and community organizations.
  • Prepare press releases, newsletters, and school updates.
  • Handle inquiries and represent the school at public events or educational fairs.

4. Event Management

  • Organize school events such as cultural programs, exhibitions, and awareness campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams for event planning and promotion.

5. Market Research & Analysis

  • Study competitor schools and educational trends to improve marketing strategies.
  • Gather feedback from parents and the community to enhance school reputation.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with good knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google, Meta, Canva, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
