Greeting

Location: Chromepet

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to residential areas, preschools, offices, and community centers to promote school admissions.
  • Distribute brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials in target areas.
  • Identify potential parents and generate admission enquiries.
  • Conduct door-to-door campaigns, stalls, and local events to increase visibility.
  • Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Support the admission counsellor by bringing quality leads.
  • Coordinate with the marketing manager for planning and executing campaigns.
  • Visit feeder schools, daycare centers, and corporate offices to build partnerships.
  • Gather feedback from parents and report market trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent the school in education fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Marketing preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in field marketing or sales (school or education sector preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in public interaction and promotional work.
  • Ability to meet targets and work independently.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Mostly field-based role with regular travel within the local area.
  • May require working on weekends during admission seasons.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
