**Roles and Responsibilities of a Field Marketing Executive**:
**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research specifically related to solar energy products, identifying potential customers, market trends, and areas with high solar energy adoption potential.
- Analyze competitor activities in the solar industry to identify opportunities for Saresh Enterprises’ growth.

**Brand Promotion**:

- Promote Saresh Enterprises’ solar energy solutions, including solar panels, installation services, and maintenance contracts.
- Develop and execute local marketing campaigns that emphasize the environmental benefits and cost savings of switching to solar energy.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Engage directly with potential customers, explaining the advantages of solar energy and how Saresh Enterprises’ products can meet their energy needs.
- Provide demonstrations of solar products and answer technical questions to facilitate customer decision-making.

**Sales Support**:

- Work closely with the sales team to generate leads for solar panel installations.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays at retail locations, trade shows, and other relevant events to attract potential solar customers.

**Event Management**:

- Plan and organize field events such as solar energy workshops, community outreach programs, and educational seminars to raise awareness of solar power.
- Ensure that events are well-executed and effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy to attendees.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Keep detailed records of all field marketing activities, including customer interactions, sales leads, and feedback specific to solar products.
- Prepare reports on the effectiveness of solar-related marketing campaigns and provide insights for future improvements.

**Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, property developers, and other stakeholders who can influence the adoption of solar energy solutions.
- Act as an ambassador for Saresh Enterprises, fostering positive relationships with community leaders and potential partners.

**Product Training**:

- Stay informed about the latest developments in solar technology and ensure that all promotional efforts reflect current trends and innovations.
- Train retail staff and internal teams on the features, benefits, and technical aspects of Saresh Enterprises’ solar products.

**Budget Management**:

- Manage the budget allocated for solar-related field marketing activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Monitor expenses and optimize spending to maximize the impact of marketing efforts on solar product sales.

**Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure that all solar marketing activities comply with industry regulations, especially those related to renewable energy claims and environmental impact.
- Report any compliance issues related to solar marketing activities to the appropriate departments for resolution.

In this role, the Field Marketing Executive focuses exclusively on promoting solar energy solutions, helping to drive the adoption of solar power through direct customer engagement and targeted marketing strategies.

**Salary**:
For Fresher 15000+TA per month

For Experienced 15000 to 25000 + TA Per month (Based on No of Year Experience)
