We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development profe to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and delivering impactful training programs within a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and align training strategies.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Create e-learning content using tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
- Track and report training effectiveness using data and feedback.
- Manage multiple training initiatives, timelines, and budgets efficiently.
- Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-CP, ATD) are a plus.
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful training in a corporate setting.
Job Location: Chembur
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, MS Teams).
- Excellent communication and instructional design skills.
