We are looking for HAM Pro HAM/ SLTN Developer on Contract basis to the Company based out of Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune & Kolkata Locations.

Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

  • Core module (ITOM and ITAM Background, Heavy focus on Hardware asset management and CMDB, Service Catalog, Flow Designer )

  • Responsible for all scripting changes including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script -Includes, and UI Actions, UI Macro, UI Pages, Sites. Create a consistent and easy to read formats for all scripts that includes comments explaining the functionality. Server-side scripts using the most efficient GlideRecord methods to reduce overall processing time.

  • Development/Customization and Administration of Service Now Core Modules, Hardware/Software Asset Management, CMDB, Service Catalog, Idea, Demand, Project Portfolio management, Content Management System.

  • Responsible for Integrations with 3rd party tools, applications, and systems

  • Work extensively on external integrations using Direct Web services over SOAP and REST

  • Creation of design documents ,test cases & Unit testing

  • Defect fixing & accommodate small changes in case of minor enhancement

  • Customization of different applications and modules within ServiceNow

  • Java Scripting knowledge and hands on experience on it.

  • Hands-on with ITIL Process implementation.

Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective Service-now solutions.

  • Ability to create and Modify Workflows.

  • Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.

  • Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes.

  • SaFe Agile Methodology

Skills Required:
