Overview

We are seeking an experienced
ServiceNow Developer/Consultant
with
5–7 years of hands-on experience
in implementing and maintaining ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will have a
minimum of 2 years of experience in SAM Pro (Software Asset Management)
and a strong understanding of
ITAM, SAM, and HAM modules
.

The role involves working across ServiceNow modules, developing integrations, maintaining reliability, and ensuring efficient platform operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end
    ServiceNow implementations
    , including configuration, customization, testing, and maintenance.
  • Manage the full
    SAM Pro lifecycle
    , including software asset discovery, normalization, and compliance tracking.
  • Configure and maintain
    ITAM, SAM, and HAM modules
    .
  • Develop and support
    Web Services, APIs, and database-level integrations
    .
  • Work with
    web technologies
    such as XML, HTML, JavaScript, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Collaborate in a
    SaaS environment
    , integrating with systems like LDAP, VPN, and SSL.
  • Ensure adherence to
    ServiceNow core functionality and platform best practices
    .
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–7 years
    of ServiceNow implementation experience.
  • Minimum 2 years
    of hands-on experience in
    SAM Pro
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    ITAM, SAM, and HAM modules
    .
  • Experience with
    Web Services, APIs, and database integrations
    .
  • Hands-on expertise in
    XML, HTML, JavaScript
    , and
    ServiceNow scripting
    .
  • Familiarity with
    LDAP, VPN, SSL
    , and
    SaaS environments
    .
  • Solid knowledge of
    ServiceNow core functionality
    and
    application lifecycle management
    .
  • Excellent
    communication skills
    ,
    attention to detail
    , and
    time management
    .
  • ServiceNow Certifications:
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • CIS – ITSM or CIS – Discovery

Good to Have

  • Experience developing
    scripts and web services
    within ServiceNow.
  • Exposure to
    ServiceNow integrations
    with external systems.
