Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruitment Coordinator specializing in overseas recruitment to support our international hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the recruitment process across multiple countries, coordinate with candidates and agencies, and ensure the smooth onboarding of international talent while adhering to compliance and visa requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with candidates from overseas markets through various channels, including job portals and recruitment agencies.
  • Coordinate with international candidates regarding application status, interview scheduling, and follow-up communications.
  • Support the onboarding process, including documentation, visa processing, and compliance with immigration laws.
  • Maintain accurate records of all international recruitment activities, including candidate data, interview feedback, and offer details.
  • Liaise with HR, legal, and external agencies to ensure smooth processing of visas, work permits, and other legal requirements.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters and employment contracts to overseas candidates.
  • Assist in scheduling remote interviews and coordinate travel arrangements if necessary.
  • Track recruitment KPIs and generate regular reports on overseas hiring progress.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold the company global employer branding.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in overseas or international recruitment coordination.
- Familiarity with visa and immigration processes for targeted countries.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
