Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
  • Schedule and manage interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and pre-joining formalities.
  • Maintain and update recruitment MIS reports and dashboards.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9, ₹25,000.00 per month
