Overview: The Field Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving business growth and building strong client relationships. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting products/services, and expanding the customer base.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and promote the company's offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales and marketing activities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Travel to meet clients and prospects to pitch products/services
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Participate in pricing strategies and contract negotiations
  • Contribute to the development of business expansion plans
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or relevant field
