About the Role

We're looking for a
Visual Merchandiser
who can transform retail spaces into immersive experiences where design meets emotion and every display tells a story.

This role suits someone who combines creativity with strategy — who understands how visuals influence buying behavior and can turn store visits into engaging retail journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute in-store visual merchandising concepts that align with Uni Seoul's Korean-inspired brand aesthetic.
  • Create impactful window displays, themed zones, and floor layouts that enhance customer engagement.
  • Apply color psychology and impulse placement techniques to influence purchase behavior.
  • Strategically position products to maximize visual impact and drive sales.
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure displays remain fresh, inviting, and on-brand.
  • Analyze sales performance and customer traffic to refine merchandising strategies.
  • Stay updated on emerging retail and visual trends to bring innovative ideas to life.
  • Train store teams on visual merchandising standards, storytelling, and product placement techniques.
  • Support major launches, visual updates, and seasonal campaigns to ensure exceptional execution.

Desired Profile

  • Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser in fashion, lifestyle, or retail.
  • Strong understanding of impulse buying cues and the psychology of retail displays.
  • Deep knowledge of color theory and how visuals influence customer behavior.
  • Excellent creative, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or similar design tools (preferred).
  • A passion for retail design and the drive to deliver exceptional results.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous visual merchandising work is preferred.
