Position: Visual Merchandiser Manager

Reporting: Managing Director

Work Location: Koregaon Park, Pune

Experience: Extensive experience years) Visual Merchandising experience in jewellery domain.

Qualification: Visual Merchandising Manager needs a bachelor's

degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or a related field, along with proven experience in visual merchandising and retail management.

Budget: Up to 12 LPA

Requisites (Core competencies / Skills)

Creative development on seasonal visual merchandising in-store at retail outlets for all the jewellery categories.

Create SOPs for VM, create planograms and work on base stock with the Design and Sales team.

Ensure consistent brand image through effective visual merchandising in regards to the guidelines, down into execution at store level.

Interact with Store and design team to ensure the layout and interior.

Facilitate the directions and guidelines of VM for all jewellery categories.

Collaborate with the Branch/Store Managers, Director them as and when required.

Develop a team of Visual Merchandisers at store level responsible for ensuring the look and upkeep of the store is consistent with the VM look for the season/occasion.

Drive store upkeep with the Operations team.

To be a key team player, working closely with Advertising, Merchandising Team and Sales Team to maximize market opportunity and business performance.

Provide VM training on a seasonal and regular basis to sales staff & Operations Team.

Travel regularly for market-visits and archive observations with learnings regularly.

Study benchmark brands and market trends in VM to apply.

Support New product launches and new initiatives through VM.

Continually generate fresh ideas in display using varied materials, while retaining a collaborative and flexible mindset.

Responsibilities:

Should Have creative, with strong visual sense, with a good eye for composition and be able to develop and put

up a full visual package and guidelines.

Visual merchandising experience in jewellery domain will be an add on.

Have a sense of Fashion styling and should be up-to-date with Fashion trends in the Market and Benchmark.

Should have problem solving skills with respect to VM operations at front end and trouble shoot with ownership.

Should have significantly contributed in new store openings from a VM and projects point of view.

Good planning, organization, and communication skills to manage and complete projects on scheduled timeline.

Willingness to go above and beyond as and when needed.

Excellent interpersonal skill and presentation skill, with passion in design and fashion.

Proficient in Corel-draw/AI and Photoshop & Auto CAD softwares.

Competent in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Flexibility and positive reaction to change.

Open to travel as and when required across all stores.
