Location: Mumbai Work from office.

Job Description
We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive with experience in sales coordination and OEM channel/vendor management. The role involves lead generation, pipeline management, sales support, and working closely with OEM vendors to leverage their channel programs for revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales
- • Manage inbound & outbound calls/emails to qualify and convert leads.
- • Generate sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- • Conduct online product demos & presentations.
- • Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce/Zoho).
Sales Coordination
- • Prepare quotations, proposals, and process sales orders.
- • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure.
- • Track delivery timelines, payment follow-ups, and status updates.
- • Prepare weekly/monthly sales MIS reports.
OEM Channel Management will be preferred
- • Work with OEM vendors (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, PA, Dell, HP, etc.) to utilize channel programs & incentives.
- • Register deals on OEM partner portals and ensure compliance with program guidelines.
- • Coordinate joint campaigns, partner trainings, and enablement sessions.
- • Track MDF usage, rebates, and OEM program benefits to maximize ROI.
- • Build strong relationships with OEM account managers & channel partners.
Key Skills & Requirements
- • 2–4 years in Inside Sales / Sales Coordination / Channel Management in IT industry.
- • Experience in OEM vendor engagement & partner portal usage preferred.
- • Strong communication & follow-up skills.
- • Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools.
