Job Title: Senior HR / HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions.

  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process.

  • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.

2. Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.

  • Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist in resolving conflicts and grievances.

3. Performance Management:

  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.

  • Ensure timely completion of performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.

4. Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

5. HR Administration:

  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and other HR-related processes.

  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

6. Reporting and Analytics:

  • Prepare HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informatio
