Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Sales Executive,
located in
Alwar, Rajasthan.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for spices products.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
  • Ensure product placement, visibility, and promotion in retail outlets.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities and schemes for sales growth.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to avoid shortages.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on market trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 0–3 years of FMCG sales experience in the spices industry/FMCG (must-have).
  • Strong understanding of retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
