Sales Executive

Job Purpose:
To promote and sell diagnostic and surgical products to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and distributors while achieving assigned sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell diagnostic and surgical products to doctors, surgeons, pathologists, chemists, and distributors.
- Conduct regular visits and follow-ups with clients to generate orders and maintain strong business relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the distributor and dealer network.
- Conduct product detailing, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure timely payment collection and coordinate for product dispatch.
- Support company marketing initiatives and participate in medical exhibitions or events when required.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (Science / Pharmacy preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Diagnostic / Surgical / Pharma sales (Freshers with strong motivation can also apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
- Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, Reporting).
