Role Overview:

Chitkara University is looking for a passionate and organized Event Coordinator who will be responsible for planning and executing university events from concept to completion. The role involves close coordination with various departments, managing event logistics and branding, and capturing photographs for documentation and promotional purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute university events in coordination with internal departments.
  • Work with design and branding teams to ensure timely preparation and installation of event materials.
  • Coordinate with vendors for logistics, production, and other event-related requirements.
  • Capture high-quality photographs during events for records and promotional use.
  • Maintain event documentation, including photographs, videos, and post-event reports.
  • Support budgeting, vendor coordination, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in event coordination or university event management.
  • Working knowledge of photography (camera handling, framing, lighting).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
