**Role & responsibilities**
- Is an expert while ensuring brand integrity in all respects
- Plans, implements, and executes successful branding strategies (including branding of posters, standees, banners, providing canopies, strategic planning, positioning, pricing, name batches, nameplates, stickers, backdrops, brochures, charts, checkers, cheques, cut-outs, digital standees, ID Cards, Logos, Flyers, Tent Cards, Tickets, Trophies, T-shirts and other brand promotion assets).
- Contributes to the daily planning process and coordinates with the designing agency.
- Sets a brand planning calendar, coordinates cross-functional activities and planning processes, manages timelines and ensures timely completion of all requirements.
- Leads the development of strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round branding requirements.
- Collaborates with our appointed vendors for timely printing and delivery.
- Represents the organization and provides support as needed at various trade shows and conventions.
- Monitors the process ahead of big events and ensures proper branding.
- Co-ordination with designing, Printing and Installation of material
- Verbal and written communication with senior officers
- Campus Branding
- Event Management
