Foster a vibrant research culture with active participation in publications, projects, and conferences. Organize departmental events such as seminars, symposiums, student workshops, and awareness drives. Promote student support services, counselling, and engagement programs. Collaborate with other institutions and industry for joint research or training opportunities. Ensure smooth administrative operations and maintain academic discipline.Represent the department in institutional development initiatives.Experience: Minimum 12 years of teaching & research experience with prior academic leadership preferred.Qualification: Ph.D. in Psychology (Mandatory)
