Job Title : Customer Support Executive

About DriveX:

DriveX is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing the used two-wheeler market. Our Procurement Team is crucial to ensuring we bring the best quality used vehicles to our customers, and were looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to help streamline and enhance this process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve customer issues or concerns.
  • Always maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their queries or complaints are resolved effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Escalate unresolved queries or technical issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Provide feedback on process improvements based on customer interactions and trends.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree in any discipline is preferred.
  • Proven experience of 2+ years in customer service or tele calling is a MUST.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, telephony systems, and basic computer applications (MS Office).
  • Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure when dealing with difficult customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Working Conditions:

  • 6-day work week (may vary based on company policy).
  • Rotational shifts may be applicable, including weekends and holidays.
