About the role:

As our
Brand Relationship Associate
, you won't just manage collaborations — you'll own them end-to-end. From spotting the perfect influencer who
just gets
our vibe to locking in strategic brand/event partnerships, you'll be the one making sure KSHM's voice is heard in the right circles.

What You'll Be Doing:

·      
Influencer Partnerships:
Scout, evaluate, and onboard influencers relevant to KSHM's premium sustainable ethos, acting as the SPOC from the brand's side to ensure smooth execution.

·      
Affiliate Programs:
Develop and manage affiliate partnerships to drive brand reach and sales, including onboarding, tracking performance, and maintaining relationships.

·      
Brand Partnerships:
Identify and secure strategic brand tie-ups that align with KSHM's values, negotiate terms, and manage end-to-end execution.

·      
Event Collaborations:
Liaise with event organisers for co-branded opportunities, plan logistics, and ensure impactful brand presence.

·      
Logistics Coordination:
Oversee operational and logistical needs for influencer, affiliate, and partnership activities to ensure timely and quality deliverables.

Who You Are:

·      
Experience:
1–3 years in influencer onboarding, brand partnerships, or fashion collaborations (
bonus if from a premium fashion/lifestyle brand
).

·      
Education:
Preferably from a top fashion school or a related creative/business field.

·      
Skills:
Strong negotiation prowess, exceptional relationship-building, and a refined eye for aesthetics.

Mindset:
Proactive, solution-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
