Role Overview
We are looking for an
Associate Marketing Manager – Partnerships
to strengthen Qurist's partnerships, influencer network, and brand collaborations. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, confident, and passionate about building strong, long-term relationships with influencers, partners, and media while contributing to Qurist's growth journey.
What You'll Do
- Lead brand partnerships
end-to-end – from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closure, and execution. - Build and nurture partner relationships
, driving repeat collaborations and long-term trust. - Identify, onboard, and manage influencers
to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Handle relationship management, campaign execution, contract negotiations, and coordination with internal teams. - Track and analyze campaign performance
, measure ROI, and share insights to optimize future collaborations. Stay updated on influencer trends, digital culture, and platform innovations. - Execute and monitor special marketing projects
, ensuring smooth and timely delivery. - Coordinate cross-functionally
with design, product, and sales teams for seamless campaign execution. - Support PR initiatives
– manage outreach to media, strengthen press relationships, and amplify brand stories.
What We're Looking For
- Naturally outgoing and confident, with a passion for connecting with people.
- Strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Organized and dependable, able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Curious about the influencer ecosystem, digital culture, and brand building.
- Basic proficiency in Excel/Sheets and reporting to track performance metrics.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, or brand collaborations (preferred).
