We are expanding our presence in the PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) and Steel Structure segment and are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to drive our hardware and fastener sales across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business in the PEB, structural steel, fabrication, and construction industries.
- Identify and build relationships with PEB companies, steel fabricators, EPC contractors, and industrial project firms.
- Promote and sell the complete range of Varmora Forge Fasteners for PEB and structural applications.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets through strategic field visits, client meetings, and project tracking.
- Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and provide product recommendations based on project needs.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotation, follow-up, dispatch, and after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and upcoming infrastructure or steel projects.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales of fasteners, hardware, or steel structural components in the PEB or construction sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of PEB connections, hardware specifications, and fastener applications.
- Network: Existing contacts with PEB manufacturers, fabricators, or EPC contractors preferred.
- Work Type: Field-based / On-site role requiring regular travel.
- Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
