Responsibilities:-
- Identify potential business opportunities and target markets
- Conduct market research to gather information on industry trends and potential clients
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to present company products or services
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet Weekly Targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of programs
- Provide personalized attention and exceptional customer service
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and promptly
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing in line with company guidelines
- Should complete all necessary sales documentation and follow-up activities
- Skills :- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in a B2C environment is a must
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Edtech Experience is a must
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
- Familiarity with market research and Lead Generation
