Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose common technical problems. Proficiency in using support ticketing systems and customer service tools. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications:Associate's degree or equivalent in BCA, MCA and BTech Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in customer support or technical support is a plus.
Familiarity with basic networking and telecommunication concepts.
