Role Overview
As an
Area Sales Manager (ASM)
, you'll be the face of NoBroker in your territory—consulting with homebuyers, showcasing property options, and driving successful closures. Your mission: bridge the gap between demand and supply while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential buyers via calls, virtual meetings, and site visits
- Present curated property options and encourage on-ground walkthroughs
- Negotiate deals to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Build lasting client relationships and generate referral business
- Cross-sell NoBroker's value-added services for a complete home-buying journey
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet performance targets
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and buyer behavior
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
- 6 months to 4 years of proven sales experience (real estate preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Strong local market knowledge
- Customer-first mindset with a target-driven approach
- Own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and the local language
- Willingness to work 6 days/week, including weekends
