Role Overview

As an
Area Sales Manager (ASM)
, you'll be the face of NoBroker in your territory—consulting with homebuyers, showcasing property options, and driving successful closures. Your mission: bridge the gap between demand and supply while delivering an exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential buyers via calls, virtual meetings, and site visits
  • Present curated property options and encourage on-ground walkthroughs
  • Negotiate deals to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Build lasting client relationships and generate referral business
  • Cross-sell NoBroker's value-added services for a complete home-buying journey
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet performance targets
  • Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and buyer behavior


Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
  • 6 months to 4 years of proven sales experience (real estate preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Strong local market knowledge
  • Customer-first mindset with a target-driven approach
  • Own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and the local language
  • Willingness to work 6 days/week, including weekends
