A confident, camera-friendly female content creator who lives and breathes fashion, trends, and storytelling. Someone who knows how to turn everyday moments into engaging content, has a strong personal aesthetic, and understands what todays Gen Z and millennial audience love to watch and share.
Role & responsibilities
Create high-quality reels, videos, and photo content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
Collaborate with the in-house marketing team on campaigns, product shoots, influencer collabs, and festive promotions.
Represent the face and voice of Kapsons in short-form content including trend challenges, try-ons, styling tips, and BTS videos.
Pitch and execute creative ideas for seasonal campaigns, product drops, and store experiences.
Be actively involved in on-location shoots at our flagship stores, fashion events, and store launches.
Preferred candidate profile
Female candidate, preferably aged 20-28.
Strong interest in fashion, beauty, styling, or lifestyle content.
Comfortable being on camera and delivering scripted or spontaneous lines.
Prior experience in content creation / personal fashion blogging / influencer marketing preferred (02 years).
Hands-on knowledge of Instagram Reels trends, transitions, hooks, and basic editing (InShot, CapCut, VN, etc.).
Aesthetically sharp knows how to shoot with good lighting, backgrounds, and brand alignment.
Nice-to-Haves:
Understanding of fashion retail and brand aesthetics.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Lightroom, or basic Photoshop.
Basic video editing or interest in learning the same.
