As a website developer, you will be responsible for creating stunning and interactive 3D websites and landing pages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build fast and responsive web pages using Framer and Spline.
  • Implement the designs in React/Next.js to production quality when needed.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop high-performance 3D/interactive web pages, microsites, and hero sections.
  • Create scenes in Spline and integrate them into Framer or React/Next.js.
  • Own motion/interaction design, including scroll, hover, micro-interactions, and timelines.
  • Optimize for speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO basics.
  • Convert Figma designs into clean Framer structures with components and variants.
  • Implement animations using GSAP, native Web Animations, Lottie/Rive when needed.
  • Collaborate with brand, product, and engineering teams.
  • Run quick QA across devices and browsers.
  • Maintain a small component library and documentation for reuse.

Requirements:

  • A strong portfolio of shipped 3D/interactive websites.
  • Expertise with Framer and Spline.
  • Solid HTML/CSS/JS skills and comfortable with React/Next.js or Framer's Dev features.
  • Experience with WebGL/Three.js or React Three Fiber integration-level is fine.
  • Motion design skills (timing/easing) and performance tuning (Lighthouse/Core Web Vitals).
  • Proficiency with Figma and version control with Git.
  • Clear communication and ability to own end-to-end delivery.

Nice to Have:

  • TypeScript, GSAP advanced timelines, shaders/basics, Blender exports.
  • Webflow for quick marketing builds, Rive/Lottie.
  • Headless CMS (Sanity/Contentful), simple Node/Express hooks, analytics tags.

Tools You'll Use:

  • Framer, Spline, Figma, React/Next.js, GSAP, Git.
  • (Optional) Three.js/R3F, Webflow, Rive/Lottie, Blender.
