Digital Marketing Specialist

Type: Full-time

About the role

Own the story and system that move prospects from awareness to action. Create scroll-stopping social content grounded in consumer psychology, and run campaigns end to end with clear tests and readouts.

What you'll do

  • Build content pillars and a weekly editorial calendar across short video, carousels, static, landing pages, and email
  • Write and direct conversion copy using psychological levers (social proof, scarcity, loss aversion, authority, framing)
  • Run social and paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn; enforce UTM and pixel hygiene
  • Set up simple tests on hooks, offers, creatives, and landing pages; ship, measure, iterate
  • Manage UGC and creator pipelines, localization, approvals, and usage rights
  • Report what won, why it won, and what happens next

Must-have tools

  • Creation: Figma or Adobe, Canva, CapCut or Premiere, Descript, LottieFiles
  • Scheduling and social: Sprout or Hootsuite or Later or Buffer; native tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, TikTok
  • Ads: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads and YouTube, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Landing pages and testing: Webflow or Unbounce or WordPress or Shopify; VWO or Optimizely
  • Analytics and tracking: GA4, Looker Studio, or strict spreadsheet, Bitly or Rebrandly, Google Tag Manager with server-side events or CAPI
  • Behavior insight: Hotjar or FullStory
  • If mobile app: Branch or AppsFlyer

Requirements

  • 2 years in creative marketing or content with conversion goals (D2C, apps, or PLG SaaS)
  • Portfolio with before/after examples showing the psychological insight and numeric lift
  • Proven end-to-end campaign ops: calendar, briefs, production, scheduling, paid, pixels, UTMs, reporting
  • Strong copy skills; can brief and direct creators; clear communication
