About the Role

We're looking for a PPC Specialist who lives and breathes ad performance. You'll be managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for multiple U.S.-based clients.

Your role is to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns that consistently hit KPIs — while collaborating with our creative team for ad visuals and landing page improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Manage Meta Ads (Lead Gen, Awareness, Conversion) with data-driven strategies.
  • Track daily performance, identify issues, and optimize budgets accordingly.
  • A/B test creatives, headlines, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Conduct keyword and competitor research.
  • Create weekly performance reports with insights and next steps.
  • Coordinate with the editor/designer for ad creatives and visuals.
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking across all platforms (GA4, Pixel, UTM).

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads & Meta Ads experience.
  • Deep understanding of campaign structure, quality score, bidding, and audience targeting.
  • Experience handling multiple ad accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Bonus: experience with landing page CRO and A/B testing tools.

Work Structure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
