Social Media & Content Manager/Creator
Position: Full-Time (On-site, at Store)
Location: Chandigarh
About the Role - Overview
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media & Content Creator to join our team. This role requires someone who can direct people for content, capture engaging videos/photos, and bring fresh, playful energy to our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with social media platforms, understands how to create content that gets attention, and is comfortable working on-site full time.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, direct, and coordinate people for social media content (photos, reels, stories, shorts, etc.).
Create engaging video and photo content regularly for platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, and others.
Develop playful, creative, and trend-driven ideas to keep marketing fun and engaging.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and platform features.
Optimize content to maximize reach, engagement, and views.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm campaigns and promotions.
Maintain a strong on-site presence in the store to capture real-time, authentic content.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong skills in video shooting, editing, and photography.
Creative mindset with an eye for playful, relatable marketing.
Understanding of social media algorithms and strategies to drive views and engagement.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work full-time on-site in the store.
