Job Overview

We are looking for an
Assistant Manager- Performance Marketing
to join our growing marketing team in
Gurgaon
. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling digital marketing campaigns across Google ads, Meta ads, Affiliate, and other performance channels. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, understands customer funnels deeply, and has a proven track record of delivering measurable ROI through performance-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Plan, implement, and optimize ROI-driven campaigns across
    Google Ads
    and
    Meta Ads
  • Own and manage
    affiliate marketing programs
    , identifying new affiliate partners and maximizing conversions from existing ones.
  • Drive performance across new emerging channels (e.g., programmatic, native platforms) where relevant.
  • Ensure affiliates are aligned with brand positioning, product offerings, and marketing campaigns. Detect and address fraudulent activity or policy violations promptly.

Optimization & Analytics

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily, focusing on
    CAC, LTV, and conversion funnels
    .
  • Optimize campaigns through rigorous
    A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative iteration
    .
  • Leverage
    GA4, and other attribution tools
    to drive actionable insights.

Strategy & Planning

  • Define quarterly and monthly digital performance strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, Tech, Sales) to ensure alignment and consistent messaging.
  • Develop innovative growth strategies to scale lead generation and customer acquisition sustainably.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work with partners to maximize returns from partnerships.
  • Regularly report performance metrics, campaign learnings, and growth opportunities to senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong command of
    Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Affiliate Platforms
    , and related tools.
  • Sound knowledge of
    digital tools
    : Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager
  • Expertise in
    conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Excel/Google Sheets
    for campaign performance tracking and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Creative flair to collaborate with design/content teams for compelling ad creatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience
    in managing performance marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of achieving growth targets, reducing CAC, and maximizing ROI.
  • Experience in automobile, e-commerce, or consumer tech industries will be an added advantage.
