Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice Chancellor in the Greater Delhi Area. The Vice Chancellor will oversee the strategic direction, academic programs, administrative processes, and stakeholder engagement for the institution. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring the highest standards of education and research, managing faculty and staff, spearheading growth initiatives, and maintaining compliance with regulatory bodies. The Vice Chancellor will act as a visionary leader, fostering innovation and collaboration across departments while building strong relationships with external partners.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and strategic decision-making abilities, with experience in academic administration
  • Strong educational management skills, including knowledge of curriculum development and regulatory compliance
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and building partnerships
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to address diverse audiences
  • Track record of fostering innovation and research capacity
  • PhD or equivalent doctoral qualification in a relevant field, along with significant academic and professional experience
