The role involves overseeing admissions, examinations, student services, and ensuring adherence to University Grants Commission (UGC), AICTE, PCI and other regulatory norms. The Registrar acts as a vital link between management, faculty, and students, ensuring smooth institutional operations.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee admissions, examinations, and academic record management. - Ensure compliance with UGC, AICTE, PCI, BCI, and other regulatory bodies. - Coordinate meetings of statutory bodies and implement university policies. - Maintain transparency, efficiency, and discipline in administrative processes. - Support the Vice-Chancellor and management in policy execution and institutional growth.Qualification & Experience:- Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (Ph.D. preferred). - Minimum 15 years of administrative experience in higher education, with 5 years in a senior role (Registrar/Deputy Registrar or equivalent). - Strong knowledge of university governance, regulations, and ERP systems.Skills Required:Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and compliance management skills.How to Apply:Eligible candidates may send their resume to careers@rayatbahra.com with the subject line “Application for Registrar – RBP University Hoshiarpur.”
