Sales Executive – HVAC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for HVAC projects and unit sales.
  • Meet potential customers (builders, architects, consultants, and end-users) to present OPTCOOL's products and services.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales orders.
  • Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HVAC / Air Conditioning Sales (VRF, Ductable, Split ACs, etc.).
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
