Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying sales opportunities, meeting potential clients to discuss their insurance needs, and providing them with appropriate life insurance policies. They will also be involved in generating leads, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Executive will be expected to maintain good relationships with clients and provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Understanding of market research techniques and ability to identify sales opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is beneficial
- Ability to negotiate, close sales, and achieve targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in local language and English
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
