With over 20 years of experience, GMS Group designs, implements, and manages highly successful loyalty programs tailored for each brand. Our goal is to help hotels drive incremental F&B member spend when and where it is needed, providing an effective tool to optimize their F&B operations.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and loyalty marketing solutions is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
