About the Role:
Kaushik Outdoors is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales cum Business Development Executive to expand our B2B outdoor media sales (hoarding sales) in Vadodara. The role combines sales and business development, requiring a strong local network, proven outdoor advertising experience, and the ability to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
- Pitch hoarding/outdoor advertising solutions to corporate and local businesses.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Understand client objectives and provide customized outdoor media solutions.
- Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Submit daily field activity and sales reports to management.
Requirements:
- Education: MBA in Marketing, Sales, or relevant field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven B2B Outdoor Media / Hoarding Sales experience (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Vadodara and nearby areas.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good time management and reporting ability.
