Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, field visits, and networking.(Solar Industry)
- Maintain and expand the customer base in assigned territories.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act as a point of contact for addressing customer needs, inquiries, and concerns.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Gather feedback to improve products or services.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products or services.
- Prepare and negotiate sales agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.
- **Key Skill & Qualification**:

- Proven experience in outdoor sales or a similar field (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic sales tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
