Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in North Goa for a Promoter at Groove & Gigs. The Promoter will be responsible for promoting live events, engaging with customers, managing client relationships, and collaborating with artists and venues to ensure successful events. Day-to-day tasks also include marketing and sales efforts, providing excellent customer service, and participating in training sessions to stay updated with the latest industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Marketing
- Ability to provide Training and support to team members
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in the entertainment or events industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
