Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the construction sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent networking skills and a proven track record of driving growth and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, consultants, and government bodies.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Generate leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to develop actionable insights.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare regular business development reports and forecasts for senior management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and its business ecosystem.
  • Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with a results-driven approach.
  • Negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field. (MBA preferred.)
  • 5–8+ years of experience in business development, preferably in construction or real estate.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve business growth and meet revenue targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹43,817.89 per month
