Role Overview:

To oversee and manage the entire factory finance and commercial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, adherence to statutory compliance, effective cost management, and support to the business in financial planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the purchase team to finalize contract terms post techno-commercial negotiations.
  • Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and coordinate with the accounts team.
  • Develop and monitor Cash Flow, Fund Flow, and Working Capital statements.
  • Create and track budget vs. actual expense reports.
  • Monitor raw material and input cost trends for timely reporting and planning.
  • Conduct inventory analysis and implement control measures.
  • Ensure full statutory compliance and coordinate both statutory and internal audits.
  • Manage tax-related matters including GST, TDS, and any other indirect taxes.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable, collections, and payroll processing.
  • Perform cost variance analysis and submit reports.
  • Analyze product costs including raw materials, labor, utilities, and other manufacturing expenses.
  • Drive cost control and cost-saving initiatives across the plant.
  • Monitor daily and monthly cash flows.
  • Assist in preparing the annual Capex and Revex budgets.
  • Manage daily financial MIS and reporting requirements.
