Role Overview:

As the Group HR Head, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a forward-thinking HR strategy that scales with the group's rapid expansion. This is a strategic leadership role focused on building a strong organizational culture, aligning people strategy with business goals, and driving operational excellence in human resources across all brands and locations.

Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR Leadership

  • Design and implement the group-wide HR roadmap in alignment with long-term business strategy.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to support business expansion, new outlet openings, and brand diversification.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Build and manage end-to-end hiring strategy across all levels – from operations and culinary staff to senior management.
  • Establish workforce planning models for new markets, seasonal demands, and scalable growth.

3. Culture & Organization Development

  • Champion the group's values and culture across brands and geographies.
  • Design and implement engagement, communication, and recognition programs that foster a high-performance, service-driven environment.

4. Performance Management & Training

  • Lead the design and execution of robust appraisal systems, KPI frameworks, and goal-setting mechanisms.
  • Oversee L&D initiatives tailored for hospitality excellence, career progression, and succession planning.

5. HR Operations, Compliance & Policy

  • Ensure seamless HR operations across payroll, HRMS, grievance handling, audits, and documentation.
  • Maintain legal compliance with labor laws, FSSAI regulations, and industry-specific mandates across states.

6. Employee Experience & Retention

  • Build strategies to improve employee satisfaction, reduce attrition, and create a sustainable employer brand.
  • Drive wellness, DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion), and safety programs tailored for the hospitality workforce.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with 5+ years in hospitality or food & beverage (F&B) leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in managing multi-brand, multi-location HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality hiring cycles, customer service culture, and frontline employee dynamics.
  • Proficient in HR technology, HRMS platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
