Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and articulate
Senior Associate – Business Development
to support client acquisition and relationship management for us. The role involves leading client calls, preparing proposals, managing onboarding processes, and staying informed about developments in the marketing and communication (MarCom) space. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, professional maturity, and the drive to contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead introductory and follow-up calls with potential clients
  • Conduct
    initial briefing sessions
    to understand client requirements and expectations.
  • Participate in
    in-person meetings
    at the ANTS office or client premises, as required.
  • Prepare and deliver
    proposals, presentations, and pitches
    for prospective clients.
  • Coordinate and support
    contract finalization and client onboarding
    processes.
  • Conduct
    market and industry research
    to stay updated on MarCom trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Qualifications:
