Product Manager

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our team at Growfin. If you enjoy solving real customer problems, working with smart teammates, and building useful this role is for you. As a PM, you'll take ownership of features and products that help finance teams work faster and better. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to bring ideas to life, from understanding the problem to launching the solution.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product process, defining what needs to be built, writing clear requirements, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring things get done on time.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to launch features and ensure they reach the right users.
• Use data to make decisions, tracking how features are used, analyzing results, and improving based on what the numbers and users are saying.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new features, including product development, testing, and launch.
• Identify and prioritize customer pain points, develop solutions that address those needs, and improve user experience.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and developing solutions that meet those needs.
• Understand Customer Needs: Talk to users, go through feedback, and research to figure out what problems are worth solving.
• Build Smart Solutions: Work with design and engineering to create features that automate workflows and make our users' jobs easier.
• Manage the Product Process: Define what needs to be built, write clear requirements, prioritize tasks, and make sure things get done on time.
• Work with Other Teams: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to launch features and make sure they reach the right users.
• Use Data to Make Decisions: Track how features are used, analyze results, and improve based on what the numbers and users are saying.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience as a Product Manager in a tech or SaaS company.
• Experience working on products that involve workflows or automation is a big plus.
• You enjoy talking to users and deeply understand their pain points.
• You're good at breaking down problems and coming up with smart, simple solutions.
• You can write and communicate clearly with different teams.
• You're comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup environment.

Skills And Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a tech or SaaS company, with a proven track record of delivering innovative features that meet customer needs.
• Experience working on products that involve workflows or automation, with a deep understanding of how to automate complex processes and improve user experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support.
• Ability to write and communicate clearly, with a focus on simplicity and clarity.
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and drive growth.
• Experience with workflow automation tools and technologies, such as Zapier or Automation Anywhere.
• Experience with product roadmap development and management.
• Experience with SaaS product development and launch.
