Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Project Coordinator with extensive experience in construction project management to oversee and drive projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational excellence, and the ability to manage complex construction activities while ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budgetary control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Oversee day-to-day project operations, including resource allocation, material management, and on-site team supervision.
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and financial records.
  • Monitor project expenses, track budgets, and implement cost control measures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of proven experience in managing end-to-end construction projects.
  • Proficient in construction management software and project scheduling tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70, ₹80,000.00 per month
