Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage business opportunities in assigned regions and industrial sectors.
  • Promote company products through direct visits, presentations, and technical discussions.
  • Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing to close orders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical, or MBA OR Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial product sales or marketing.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and fieldwork.
  • Product knowledge in slurry pumps, drum motors, hydrocyclones, or related systems will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:
