Roles and Responsibilities:

Housekeeping Operations Management


• Plan and oversee daily cleaning and maintenance schedules for all areas including offices, classrooms, restrooms, and common spaces.


• Ensure the upkeep of executive offices (Director, Dean, etc.) with the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Inventory & Vendor Management


• Maintain and monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.


• Ensure timely procurement and proper usage of housekeeping materials.


• Liaise with external vendors for cleaning services, maintenance, and pest control.

Quality Assurance & Compliance


• Conduct regular inspections and audits of all premises.


• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.


• Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, and reports for compliance and quality monitoring.


• Handle complaints and service requests promptly and effectively.

Administrative Coordination


• Coordinate with the administrative, facilities, and maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep.


• Support event management by arranging housekeeping services during academic or institutional programs.


• Prepare reports and feedback for management review.

Required Skills & Expertise:


• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning techniques, and hygiene standards.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.

Experience:


• Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in managing housekeeping operations in corporate, educational, or institutional settings.


• Prior experience in maintaining executive offices such as Director, Dean, and other senior officials' areas preferred.

Salary- Upto 70k
