Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve escalated issues from L1 support in the OTC process.
- Monitor order processing, invoicing, and payment workflows.
- Troubleshoot ERP/system errors in coordination with IT teams.
- Ensure timely processing of orders, billing, and collections.
- Generate and analyze OTC reports (Aging, DSO, etc.).
- Support audits, compliance, and month-end activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Key Requirements:
- 2 - 6 years' experience in Order to Cash or finance operations.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Understanding of compliance (e.g., SOX) is a plus.
