As we expand our digital presence and customer base, we are looking for a Brand & Content Architect who can take ownership of our content, campaigns, and customer engagement to drive growth and brand visibility.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Content & Product Management
  • Collect market prices (online & offline) and maintain updated records.
  • Manage product listing and daily sales price updates across all platforms.
  • Update and manage app content (product creation, icons, descriptions).
  • Oversee daily content operations including offers, banners, combos, and live updates.

Marketing & Campaigns

  • Plan, design, and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to boost sales.
  • Create impactful banners, creatives, and ads for app, website, and social media.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms.

Customer Engagement

  • Monitor customer satisfaction, ratings, and reviews.
  • Address customer issues and feedback in coordination with support teams.
  • Track customer insights to improve experience and shape content strategy.

Social Media & Branding

  • Manage and grow social media presence with engaging posts, stories, and campaigns.
  • Design and publish high-quality social media creatives and promotional ads.
  • Use design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) to deliver visually appealing content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Media, Communication, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or design (start-up experience preferred).
  • Strong design skills with proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
  • Good understanding of digital campaigns, social media trends, and e-commerce product listing.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and creative problem-solving abilities.
